Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Standard Shipping 3–6 business days Free on all orders

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Cuvelle is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our facility.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to make changes to an order once it has entered processing. Cuvelle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact us at info@trycuvelle.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help resolve it quickly.
